Pineapple

Pineapple is a fruit, it is used in variety of food stuffs such as making sweet dishes- custard or eaten fresh, canned or grinded and consumed as juice. Pineapple is named so because it looks like pine cone. In some parts of the world pineapples leaves are regarded as very important people use those as fibers specially in Philippines for furnishing wall paper.
Pineapple can also be used to make jams,candies and ice cream. And such things made from pineapple are very tasty and highly preferred all over. Pineapple is good source of energy, it contains minerals and vitamins which are essential for health. From the medicinal point of view it’s consumption of pineapple is favored for it contain an enzyme that functions as breaker of proteins so that proteins can be digested properly. Thus anyone having digestive problem should eat pineapple.
There are some traditional benefits attached with pineapple. Pineapple can be applied to areas of inflammation so acts as anti-inflammatory and in some cases it can help overcome gynae problems.
