Sweet Corn


Of the many varieties of maize corn is one of those. Corn are high source of sugars. Most of the time sweet corn is being eaten as vegetable. When plucked from plant it generally losses its taste and condition becomes worse when exposed to air and heat so must be handled firmly and consumed within time otherwise it becomes tough and cannot be eaten.
Sweet corn has medicinal benefits, like it reduces the chances of heart disease and cancer as it performs the function of antioxidant. It has the same energy and effects either eaten raw or cooked, but it losses vitamin c when heated.
