Chicken and lemon couscous salad

Introduction:- 
Chicken salad is also eaten all over the world. It is different from traditional salad or green salad in a way that it contains chicken and chicken is main ingredient of this type of salad. The American form of chicken salad was first served by Town Meats in 1863. This type of salad become as much popular that still people are preferring to have chicken salad. We have bring a tasty chicken salad recipe for that you have to follow the instructions:

Ingredients:-
  1. One and half cups (300gram) couscous
  2. Juice and finely grated rind of one lemon
  3. One barbecued chicken, skin and bones discarded, chopped meat
  4. Three spring onions with bulbs, thinly sliced into rounds
  5. One-third cup basil leaves, thinly sliced
  6. One-third cup mint leaves
  7. Six Brazil nuts, roughly chopped
  8. One table spoon white wine vinegar
  9. One table spoon olive oil 
  10. Sea salt 
 
Tips:-
  • Take a large bowl and place couscous in it, mix lemon rind and juice in one cup (250ml) boiling water and one teaspoon sea salt.
  • Then  cover the bowl with plastic wrap and wait for five to seven minutes.
  • After five to seven minutes uncover bowl and mess up the couscous with a fork.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and toss until well combined.
  • Mix freshly ground black pepper.
  • Finally chicken and lemon couscous salad is ready So, serve immediately.
