Parsley

Parsley is a herb that is raised as vegetable and spice in Mediterranean region and Europe. It can grow both as biennial and annual plant in humid areas. It grows from seed and the ideal environment needed for it is sunny and moisture. Parsley also serves as host plant for insects like bees.
There are many benefits of parsley it contains a chemical named apigenin which provides resistance against cancer by forming new blood vessels. It also helps in maintaining the functioning of kidney. Parsley extract if used helps in dropping blood pressure.
With many potential advantages it is riskier too, parsley should not be used by pregnant women in excess quantities.
