Chicken Corn Salad Recipe



Introduction:-


Chicken salads are my all time favorites. I love to follow chicken salad recipes a lot because they are quick and easy to make. What I do is that whenever I roast or grill chicken then I just shred the left over pieces and make chicken corn salad or other any chicken salad on the other day. In this way, I save chicken from going into garbage and also, save me from hard work of grilling or boiling chicken from scratch. This salad recipe which is shared below is a tested one and will surely give your meal a delicious touch!

Ingredients:-

Dressing:

Oil = 2 tablespoons
Lemon juice =  1 tablespoon
Vinegar = 1 tablespoon
Mustard Powder = 1/2 teaspoon
Salt = 1 teaspoon
Black Pepper = 1 teaspoon
Minced garlic = 1 clove
Oregano leaves = on choice

Salad:

Boiled corns = 2 cups
Cabbage = 1/2 cup
Onion (sliced) = 1
Tomatoes (cubed) = 2
Capsicum = 1 (cubed)
Carrot = 1 (cubed) (you can boil it or use it raw)
Chicken = 1/2 cup (boiled or grilled and shredded)

Preparation:-

Take the salad ingredients together in one bowl and mix the dressing ingredients in another. Then pour the dressing over salad and mix all well.

Serving Count:-


This salad will serve 4 to 5 people.

1 tomato = 22
1 capsicum = 30
1 carrot = 52
1 cabbage = 22
