Introduction:-
The king of fruits, mango, is going to come back in markets quite soon as summer is reaching up, at least in my country, Pakistan! I love to do experimentation in cooking with mango as it tastes equally good in any form it is eaten. You may find a lot of salad recipes which contain mango in them but the one which I am going to share here is both exotic and easy to make. You just need to grab the listed ingredients, cut them and mix them and yes, you will find mouth watering mango fruit salad ready in minutes. You can add or subtract fruits in this salad recipe according to your own choice and please, let me know about yours delicious version of mango fruit salad recipe too.
Ingredients:-
Mangoes = 2 (big sized and cut into cubes)
Bananas = 4 ( cut into round shapes)
Husk melon = 1/2
Apples = 2 (cut into cubes)
Pears = 2 ( cut into cubes)
Peaches = 2 (cut into cubes)
Cream = 1 cup
Mayonnaise = 2 tablespoons
Lemon Juice = 1 tablespoons
Salt = 1 teaspoon
Powdered sugar = 3 tablespoons
Black pepper = 1/2 teaspoon
Preparation:-
Mix all ingredients well and serve after cooling salad in fridge.
