Cooked Mayonnaise



Introduction:-

Here is another simple and easy recipe to make mayonnaise at home. People usually find it difficult to just beat and beat the eggs and oil to get the product done. Thus, here is quite an easy method to make mayonnaise.

Ingredients:-

4 tablespoons baking flour
1 teaspoon caster sugar
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon mustard paste
3/4 cup water
3 egg yolks
1 cup oil

Preparation Process:-

Take a saucepan and add flour, sugar, salt, pepper, mustard paste and water and keep on cooking and whisking on low flame. When it gets thick, take the sauce out in a bowl and let it cool down. Add egg yolks in the sauce one by one and start beating. After few minutes, start adding oil in small amounts and continue beating. Keep on beating and beating until the mayonnaise comes to right consistency. Keep in fridge in bottle for two weeks.
