Introduction:-
Ingredients:-
3 egg yolks
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1/4 teaspoon mustard powder
3 cups oil
Preparation Process:-
Beat egg yolks till they change color and become creamy. Add seasonings (salt, white pepper and mustard paste) in it and beat for few seconds. Start adding oil slowly and gradually while the beater is on. Do not add oil in one attempt. It will make your mayonnaise quite thin. Add oil in 6 to 8 intervals. It will take 45 minutes to get mayonnaise ready! Refrigerate in bottle for two weeks.
