Mashed potatoes recipe


Introduction:-

Though mashed potatoes are not a salad but they are complimented with different food items like a salad. If you have roasted or barbecued meat and have not served mashed potatoes with it then you have not served a complete meal. Some people find it difficult to make mashed potatoes as they do not get the rite whipped texture of potatoes. Well, while boiling the potatoes, please make sure that you do not under-boil them. It is better to cut potatoes into small pieces. Golden potatoes are of the right kind to make mashed potatoes. However, if there is any other trick through which we can have perfect mashed potatoes the please let me know through your comments. Thanks!!!

Ingredients:-

Potatoes = 1/2 kg (boiled, peeled and mashed)
Salt = 1/2 teaspoon or as per taste
Black pepper = 1/2 teaspoon
Butter = 2 tablespoons (melted)
Milk =  2 tablespoons (lukewarm)
Whipped cream = 4 tablespoons (cook for few seconds)

Preparation Process:-

Put all ingredients together in a bowl and use a masher to mix everything well. Donot stop mashing them until you find them in a runny state. You can also put them in fridge to have a smooth texture.

Serving Count:-

It will serve 3 to 4 people.
