Classic Potato Salad Recipe



Introduction:-


Who does not love to have potatoes in his/her diet? Surely, if one is not health conscious then one will love to have it daily in every meal! Potatoes can be cooked in hundred of ways and are found as a part of a lot of salad recipes. Potatoes carry a lot of carbohydrates in them. I do not like the taste of boiled potatoes much as do I like the taste of fried potatoes. I keep on complaining about a kind of bitter taste of boiled potatoes which irritates my mom a lot. What I do in my version of potato salad recipes that I cut potatoes in whatever size required and deep fry them till they are crispy. A lot of people like these kinds of potatoes in the salads made by me. However, its all up to your taste that in what way you want to keep the potatoes in your salad recipes. Let us have a look at the classic potato salad recipe, which is favorite of everyone!

Ingredients:-


Potatoes = 5-6 (of any size and boiled or fried in cubed shape)
Onion = 1 ( thinly chopped)
Tomato = 1 ( cut into cubes without seeds)
Cilantro = Few tablespoons
Mayonnaise = 1 cup
Cream = 1/2 cup
Powdered sugar = 1 tablespoon
Salt = 1 and 1/2 teaspoons
Black pepper = 1/2 teaspoon
Vinegar = 2 tablespoons
Hard boiled eggs = 3

Procedure:-


Just mix everything together and enjoy this delicious classic potato salad recipe in your dinner or lunch! You can serve it cold as well.
